  • Quickly define the specific facility resource by name, location, availability (free form), associated fees, and accounting information.

  • Choose your reservation methodology by selecting either Free Form or Predefined Time Slots (see next slide).

  • Resource reservations are easy to set up under the new structure.

  • Using the resource layout screen, simply define the days, time slots, and associated fees for customer to select from and make reservations.

  • Unlimited Time Slots - Now you are no longer limited to 6 blocks, and you can also designate a specific fee for each block if desired.

    Park/Facility Reservation - Manage all Park and Facility reservations easily through a single screen.

    Reservation screen features a dynamic listing of existing reservations along with available reservation blocks.

    Select the customer name, the specific facility, the block of time, and check out, it's as easy as that!

    Facility/Park Block Reservations - The block reservations function is very useful for creating recurring reservations that occur on a regular basis through a defined date range.

  • You can easily specify the name of the block, select the facility, set the date range, choose the days of the week and times, then add the reservations.

  • SportsMan SQL will check automatically for any scheduling conflicts and post an alert if the condition exists for resolution.

  • Use Class and Department filters to narrow the selection of facilities you wish to report from.
