The membership management module of SportsMan SQL is both powerful and flexible. Whether you would like to create and print your own membership cards with member photos, or use high quality pre-printed key fobs, SportsMan SQL will simplify the process of selling and assigning memberships to your patrons. Membership types can include annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly, as well as punch passes and day passes*. You can also create recurring monthly memberships, and simplify processing automatic billing to credit cards or by bank draft. SportsMan SQL will even prorate membership sales for recurring memberships so that their expiration coincides with billing dates.
Select from a variety of high tech options for your admittance control and tracking. Choose any or all of our peripherals which include barcode scanners, numeric keypads, fingerprint recognition devices and web cams for taking member photos. Automate entry with relay switches controlled by SportsMan SQL. Track admittances with powerful reporting tools.
