It has the capability to run multiple companies within a single database providing all of your printed materials (e.g. Quotes, Orders, Invoices, PO's, Statements, etc) on each separate company letterhead. The standard version of DSM is a single company configuration. If multiple companies are needed, a non refundable fee of $125.00 USD will be charged for setup, changing forms, etc. Setup usually takes about 1 hour. OnGuard is a database backup & monitoring service provided through DSM. With OnGuard, your DSM database backup will be sent to an offsite location via the internet and monitored. The offsite backup protects agains loss from hardware failure, theft, fire, or natural disasters. With electronic monitoring, the backup file will be verified for authenticity and you will be notified through email in the event the backup fails. Also, if needed, our support staff will be available to assist you in restoring your database from the most recent backup.
