An investment in this solution entails three areas potentially: Ongoing Solution, Implementation & Training, and Customization. The latter two do not apply to all of our Client/Partner’s and are really dependent on the specific needs of your business. Ongoing Solution

Peak Software licenses this solution on a per transaction basis ($1.00 per order). We view this as an ongoing solution rather than a product. As such we do not charge an up-front fee for the application. You can also have as many workstations as you like running the application. We view this arrangement as a sustainable model that will give us the resources to make sure we are in a position to continually serve your needs – especially as you grow. This is just one advantage of this model.

We believe a transaction-based arrangement has the following benefits for our client/partners:

· Sustainable model: Allows us to deliver a solution for as long as you need it

· Minimize downside risk: Investment comes out of sales you incur as a result of this solution. As a result this is a variable investment that does not tie up cash in the beginning

· Low up-front investment: Up-front costs are limited to implementation, training, and any customization

· Ongoing support: Continual help desk support to answer any questions.

· Relevant and current: Eliminates large recurring expenses with a typical life cycle. As technology changes our solution changes without an extra investment

Implementation and Training

can be used to run all your sales channels or just one individually. For most, a web solution is all they’re looking for and is a perfect solution. Depending on how you use this application, you may want to consider having us come out and install the solution as well as do some on-site training. For a web only solution, this is most likely not necessary. However, should you utilize the application for your call center and inventory management this might be a good option. Either way, we would be happy to discuss your specific situation and estimate the specific requirements for your business.

Customization (“Make-It-Fit” – “Keep-It-Fit”)
